Switching Emails

I was trying to switch the email my opera gx account is under, and it hasn't sent me a confirmation email to the email I am trying to switch to. I have tried in the opera gx browser as well as Microsoft edge and have also ensured that it is not going to spam or anything other thing similar to that. I am unsure if I should try again in chrome or if there is another way to solve this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@kaishmeayoung Did you check your old account? No doubt they would send a message there asking if it was really you.

@sgunhouse Where would I look to check that? The issue I think I also may have is the reason I am trying to change the email the account is using is because I deleted it a few months ago, and forgot it was the email for this account. Could that also cause an issue in verification?

@kaishmeayoung If you no longer have access to the old email, I'm not sure what the procedure is. Maybe just create a new account and forget about the old one.
