Searches occasionally being redirected to Yahoo

hey ive been running into a problem where occasionally when i press enter after typing something into the search bar, i will be redirected to yahoo search looking up "opera-gx" its quite the inconvenience and id love some advice.

@karma42 Next question - tried disabling extensions to see if one of them is the cause?

Hi, need to reinstall the opera app, first of all, remove the opera app completely, and double-check in program files are any leftovers(in the program files folder for the Opera directory if still exist delete it.) after uninstall is done.
