Auto-update asking for admin password but I don't have it

Hello,

I have installed Opera GX on my company computer and I was really satisfied using it for the time being. Since 2 days tho whenever I start Opera GX the "Auto Update" prompt comes and since I am no administrator on this PC or I dont have any admin rights the auto update instruction starts and it asks for the admin login data. But I dont have them. I close the window but it keeps opening Non Stop. Therefore Opera GX is completely unusable for me as of right now.

Is there a way to deactivate it? Otherwise I will have to uninstall Opera GX.

@kekman23 Windows? If you're not admin, how did you manage to install it the first time? It can be installed in a user's personal directory, but it wouldn't need an admin password to update..
