@jese-mx It seems that something is blocking part of those pages.
If it was just Opera, I would say that it could be the ad and/or tracker blockers but since it affects other browsers, maybe it's some software in your system. Try disabling security and privacy related ones. -

Then, I dont have nothing software of security. Even, this PC is for work, few times I use to conect in Internet. Then, This PC is "new" in few words. But I could see correctly the web pages weeks ago. Please, Say me, What software do you mean?
since one year ago, the PC don´t can update "windows update", because Microsoft now don´t give support to W7.
I don´t have Antivirus, but I know to search malware manualy in registers, services, and keys of windows (I don´t know if is named so in english) And i didn´t find anything.
You, what antivirus, or software recommend me?
I don´t like install security software because I belive than this make more unprotected my PC, but if not there are more options, maybe I will think in install some software. -

@leocg Hi, sorry for the answer late.
In Opera for android (no Mini), I don´t have problem. Show correctly the web page. I use the cellphone as proirity.
And just when I need watch or see with more detail a webpage, I use the PC. Then is when in the PC I don´t can to see correctly some pages.
I know about the certificates, because Microsoft now don´t give support to W7, then some certificates are invalid, then I need download and install manualy.
But is rare, because the Browser Opera say me when there is a error in a certificate. If you see again the screencapture, show the "lock" and this meaning "all sertificates are valid"Then, I think that the certicates not can be.
In the next days, I will take time to check many pages and search in what pages I have this error. then I will see the code and I will check line by line. Maybe is somethink than don´t load. -

@leocg Hi, good afternoon.
In this days ago, I did search about my problem, and was difficult.
The problem was a "Certificate problem". The certificate was Expired. The rare did was than Opera Browser don´t show me the certificate expired. Was until a link than they shared me, in a web about "sounds of universe". There, a part of page don´t show it (iframe). then I opened this iframe (link to soundcluod), then Opera show me (notice), "certificate expired".
The curios was than, that certificate I downloaded days ago. So, maybe the source from this certificate (my first) don´t was a site secure. Now I'm worry.
But well, now my problem is solved.
What site do you recommend me to download certificates?thanks for the help.

@leocg Thanks, but as I did said from (since) start, Microsoft now dont give support to users (as me) with Win7.
Don´t work Windows Update since 4 years ago, and in the windows pages don´t give more support as the download cerficates or the SP or updates (I did download in the past from the webpages, because I did´t have Internet service). Thanks for the help, maybe I will post in other topic about where get the certificates to the browsers web.
This topic is solved. Thanks.

Even if you marked your problem solved, you asked about Win7 certificates. Semi-official way to update them is described here: http://woshub.com/updating-trusted-root-certificates-in-windows-10/#h2_6 , section "How to Update Trusted Root Certificates in Windows 7?".
Maybe this helps you somehow -
