Short cuts in Speed dial?

Hi.

Just bought a new phone and added Opera mini.
Problem is that one this new install I can't add a new short cut in speed dial?
On my old phone/install there was a "+" where I could add the new adress, but nothing on this one :-(.
It's this option I'm missing "Select an empty Speed Dial entry."
Any one who have a solution to this?

Try the menu? I don't use Mini, but on Opera for Android that's where it is.

Mini 7.6 here. There is a "+" on the middle of the start screen (speed dial) and clicking on it allows including a new entry.
