I can't play streaming media from this site:
https://streamdb6web.securenetsystems.net/v5/index.cfm?stationCallSign=WIKB

I have disabled my ad blocker but think it is something else. Help! I am on a new Windows 11 PC and am running Opera Beta. I can play the media from this site in Google Chrome.

@jkreski Played fine here after have disabled the ad-blocker. Can you play media on other sites?
Already checked with extensions disabled and with a clean profile as instructed?

@leocg Yes, YouTube works fine in Opera Beta. How do I disable extensions? And what do you mean by "clean profile"? Thanks.

@jkreski What about media in pages other than YouTube?

By the way, the audio doesn't play at all or you just keep getting that message to disable the adblocker?

Go to opera://update, click on recovery and choose the option to keep your data. Just in case, do a backup before.

For me, in both Opera Stable and Opera Beta, I have to goto the URL opera://flags/#reduce-user-agent, enable the flag, and restart Opera for the stream to play. Otherwise, there are JS errors in the console about some things being fetched.

In Opera Stable, trying to play the stream (before messing with the flag) froze Opera once also. A fresh profile fixed that for some reason.

I had the same problem and setting the flag also worked for me +1 to you all
