I have disabled my ad blocker but think it is something else. Help! I am on a new Windows 11 PC and am running Opera Beta. I can play the media from this site in Google Chrome.

Otherwise, there are JS errors in the console about some things being fetched.

In Opera Stable, trying to play the stream (before messing with the flag) froze Opera once also. A fresh profile fixed that for some reason.

By the way, the audio doesn't play at all or you just keep getting that message to disable the adblocker?

Go to opera://update, click on recovery and choose the option to keep your data. Just in case, do a backup before.
