I reinstalled opera, signed in and synced succesfully.
However I can only import bookmarks, I cannot access or import my speed dials from other devices. Any help please? -

To be exact, I can load them while synced, but I cannot recall them when I press the button with the pc/mobile icon... Any help please?

I finally managed to import.
It seems I just needed to log out and log in again the sync operation (not log in and log out the opera account, just the sync operation) -

Hi, I am facing the same issue, changed my phone to a new one, installed Opera Browser, synced but only bookmarks were synced, not the speed dial ones.
How can it be fixed? By log off - log on to the sync process?

@topmar Strange, because Speed Dial are part of bookmarks.
When you click on the icon to see Speed Dials from other installations, no one shows up?
I have my previous phone on my hands, these speed dials are not showing up on my new phone.
Both phones are synced with the same Opera account.
That's what I meant.... Bookmarks may be saved, but Speed Dial ones not.
Maybe I am doing something wrong...

@leocg Well, no, didn't know that and that's what I asked for in the first place.
So, all speed dial ones from previous phone will not be automatically displayed on the new phone as speed dial ones again. Only manually can be put in the new phone. Correct?
So, in order not to lose any bookmark, we shouldn't just save it as speed dial but also as bookmark too. Correct?

@topmar Looking at my phone in settings i ihave sync and backup enabled then I have "bookmarks and speed dials" enabled.
On my speeddial page there's an icon of monitor/phone which then opens a page with all the devices that i have synced, including several versions of a particular device where I must have logged in/out at some stage and at different states of the speeddial for that deviceIf your phone is listed there, then you can select those speeddials and import them to your new phone and they will be imported to your current speed dial. If they are not you'll have add them back again manually.

Million thanks buddy, that's it, that's what I was looking for and even more!
You saved me from trying to remember all my speed dial inputs!
Thank you very much again!

@topmar exactly!
I just logged out and then logged back in for a couple of times. This worked for me. The funny thing is that after this my speed dials got double. Initially I had 500 speed dials snd now I have 1000. For some mysterious reason they got a replicate. At least, double is better than zero.... -

Eventually anyway you will have to organize bookmarks at that large amounts with Opera desktop version. The first thing to do is back up that many bookmarks especially the quick dials which are bound to a specific new installation. With desktop opera syncing, then export all to a .html backup. Then clicking folders selecting sort alphabetically, also doubles after alphabetically sorting show next each other and can easily be sorted out. Make sure before this many bookmarks sorting with desktop version of Opera to have the backup. It's best to do this once a year or so.
