The extension has been blacklisted in Opera for a while now due to malware abusing the extension. In Opera GX, it'll be flagged right away as you'll see at the
opera://extensionspage. For regular Opera, it seems to install okay until you restart where it will then be flagged. Not sure why the slight difference. It's blocked either way though.You can use https://crxextractor.com/ to download the crx file for the extension and unzip the crx file with 7-zip or some other unzip utility. Then, you can load the extension directly by going to
opera://extensions, turning on developer mode, and choosing "load unpacked". Since the manifest.json in the package doesn't have the blacklisted ID, the extension should work.The error you get in the pic is probably from trying to install the extension again.
