@omi-kun You should ask unacademy, they are the ones that should provide the definitive solution by start supporting Opera.

For now, try using an extension to change the user agent just for specific sites.

@omi-kun The flag changes the browser user agent.

@omi-kun You need one that allows you to set a custom user agent and that works only on specific pages.

Did you try that one? You can even keep using the flag and use that extension only for the sites that are having problems due to the flag, which are basically the Opera ones.

I like using https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/user-agent-switcher-5/ with it set to Chrome for Windows on sites that need it. But, the user-agent strings the addon uses are not updated often enough (like most user-agent extensions), so I always select Chrome for Windows and then click the pencil at the bottom to set the Chrome for Windows string to whatever the latest version of Chrome Stable uses, which is:

                                      Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/96.0.4664.45 Safari/537.36

                                      at the moment.

There's also my extension that removes the Opera-specific parts from Opera's user-agent string so that sites think you're using Chrome. Since it's based on Opera's actual string, it's always up to date. At opera://extensions, under the details for the extension, you can limit it to run just on the sites you want. Otherwise, it runs on all sites.

I'm using the markdown syntax for inline code. See https://www.markdownguide.org/basic-syntax/#code. As in, a backtick before and after. Or 3 backticks before and after. Or, indenting a line by 4 spaces. All depends on what I'm doing.

@burnout426 I tried them but the extension of user string not working on unacademy u can try too.
and the extension which u made on your own is out of mind. because I'm not a coder or not a good computer user. I got by the first laptop just some weeks ago. so I don't get to know your extension

, then what can u do. just fix the unacademy problem of opera not supported. only on that site not all. just this

I am not able to create an account there, so can't try. But, you can try some other user agent extensions. Or, you could use opera://flags/#reduce-user-agent and use one of the extensions for opera.com to force identifying as Opera. Then, that should make the addons site work.
