Can not remove website from Opera input suggestions

I can not remove the link to marksandspencer.ru from the Opera input suggestions. I do not have this site in the browser history. Opera offered to install an extension of this service to get a cashback.
It’s very annoying that when you type, this "thing" always comes first in the extended results.

@sketso If you look right, there is no "x" in the highlighted row of the dropdown?

@sgunhouse I was able to remove these rows when I disabled the Dify Cashback option and clicked the Exit button in Opera settings. It looks like this is a new feature in Opera. Thanks for response.
