Doesn't work in Off-road Mini mode in Stable, only in the desktop-Turbo-like Off-road mode in the beta version.

Currently the Off-road mode from the Opera for Android stable channel uses the same compression as Mini.
I tried to contract that phrase, but it didn't work effectively.

Fit to width option is enabled by default in off-road mode. With opera v24 and v25 beta is another story.

Not really, 24/25 betas are from another stream which is not related with further off-road development.
