Not really, 24/25 betas are from another stream which is not related with further off-road development.

What is this "Mini mode"?

Currently the Off-road mode from the Opera for Android stable channel uses the same compression as Mini.
I tried to contract that phrase, but it didn't work effectively. 😛

Settings > Text Wrap (or something like that as i'm translating from my language)?

Doesn't work in Off-road Mini mode in Stable, only in the desktop-Turbo-like Off-road mode in the beta version.
