Hellow!
Before now I use FireFox. Due to the fact that there are opera mail on the webkit also started using Opera browser. I would like to ask the developers to make a custom toolbar. I want to be right on the button with address line: history, downloadedcustom toolbar, refresh the page, sync forward / backward -

The top spacing on the tab bar can be removed ... go to Settings, at the bottom click the checkbox to show Advanced settings, the back up in the User Interface section there will be a checkbox to disable the extra spacing when the window is maximized (as yours is).
No way to add an extra toolbar manually - it may be better to post that in the feature requests section.
