Before now I use FireFox. Due to the fact that there are opera mail on the webkit also started using Opera browser. I would like to ask the developers to make a custom toolbar. I want to be right on the button with address line: history, downloadedcustom toolbar, refresh the page, sync forward / backward

No way to add an extra toolbar manually - it may be better to post that in the feature requests section.
