Opera failing to connect to a website

I'm having great difficulty with Opera connecting to a website that provides colorization services.
The site is:
https://deepai.org/machine-learning-model/colorizer
When I try to upload a picture the connection is attempted and 7 times out of 10 it tries and fails (no message displayed). 1 time out of 10 it shows the selection screen, but it's all greyed out on the final occasion it works (Yippie!).
So now I'm running both Chrome and Opera, using chrome to connect to https://deepai.org/machine-learning-model/colorizer and Opera for everything else.
Chrome has 100% connection success.
I believe that it's an incompatibility bug in Opera!
How do I report it?

@mpopka There is a Report a problem tool in Opera, just use it.

By the way, the site supports Opera?
