Unable to attach images in Forums

I am unable to attach images in forums. Most of the attachments are failing with cryptic messages like

@leocg Just PNG files. Interestingly a few of them goes fine albeit they are less than 1 MB.

Transient error condition could be?

@lavanyadeepak-0 This forum does have a file size limit on uploads. Not sure about the error message as it seems to be new.

@raheelkhankk98 He already answered that. This image was small, the ones that showed an error were larger.
