Opera seemingly closes after middle click on tab, but is still active in task manager?

So I clicked on a Tab with middle mouse button/scroll wheel which normally would just close the active tab, but for some reason it closed all of the Tabs I had open and closed Opera entirely ... or so it seems. See, there still is a running Group of Opera Instances with the exact amount of Tabs I had open in my Task Manager, also my YouTube Upload that I had going on one of the Tabs still uploads instead of showing an Error so it clearly still is there in the background, but I cant access it anymore?

I use Windows 10 Pro on a 64-bit System and on the about page Opera says LVL3 (core: 77.0.4054.275)

I don't think my Hardware is Important at all, but just in case:
      CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
      GPU: GIGABYTE RTX 3070
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RBG Pro 16GB 3200MHz (2x8GB)
      Mainboard: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK

@itzminey Is there still an icon on the task bar? It could be minimized, or outside the viewing area (on another monitor that was removed, for example). Not that I know of middle-click doing that, just considering ways it could still be open but unseen.

@sgunhouse no and no, it was only in taskmanager and the option for Change to Window was grayed out in the context menu
Also notably after restarting for a update I got two Opera instances with one being the Tabs I opened up after this happened and the other one with the old Tabs
