      In Settings / Privacy & Security /
      no VPN
Searching in Settings for a VPN request does not return anything.
In the Add Extensions options, open Opera Free VPN, click the "Enable in Opera" button and nothing happens.
How do I enable VPN in my browser?

@zap-sib If your locale bans VPNs such as China or Russia, then you will not be able to see that option.

Does the fact that I cannot see this option mean that it is disabled and there is no way to enable it? Or is it invisible but still works?

@zap-sib You can always use an external VPN, same as any other browser.
