Opera keeps changing gamma randomly

as the title states my opera browser keeps changing the screens gamma to go so high its almost impossible to read anything. when opening or closing certain websites and i'm completely baffled as this only started when i got my new monitor. im running on windows 10, RTX 2070, graphics driver version 471.11 (latest at time of posting this). and the monitor is an LG 32GN600. I know its the gamma not brightness bc extensions that change the brightness of opera only make it worse! additionally when i open one of these pages it changes the gamma regardless of what tab I'm in until I close that page. and it isn't like it's every page on a site either, for example some pages on wikipedia cause the issue and some don't. i'm beyond confused and can't seem to find anyone else with this issue.

@fumeishi Let me guess, it is an HDR (high dynamic range) monitor? If the monitor claims to support bolder colors and a site has an image that requests such, then Opera will try to accommodate it. Though apparently it isn't working properly in your case.
