Restoring speed dial, history and bookmarks.

Hello. I'm a user running windows 10 on a HP laptop. I previously had opera installed on my computer, this was then uninstalled and I ticked the option at the end, which I believe read deleting personal data associated with this opera install. Whilst it's incredibly unlikely, for some urgent reasons, to do with the safety of myself and others, I wanted to know if there were any options to restore my speed dial folder, my history and my bookmarks folder. Whether that's by data recovery, subject access request or whatever means possible. I'm also wondering if there's any other method of viewing the websites viewed on incognito mode, but again, I get this is probably impossible.

@contactuser1348 If you were using Sync, just login to it in the new installation. If not, did you make any backup of your data?
