Random folder appearing in my downloads that I'm pretty sure relates to Opera GX

I have Opera GX on my computer, and It's not my main browser but I use it from time to time. I noticed recently that every time I restart my computer or just simply sign out then sign back in there's a random folder in my downloads that says it was created just then. The folder is called ".opera" the thing is though, it's a hidden folder, which I have hidden files set to show. There's never anything in the folder but I think it has something to do with Opera GX. Any idea what it's for? I'm using Windows 10.

@bruhmaster Hey did you find what this folder is? I noticed it today on my downloads folder too. I don't even use opera nor have it installed on my pc.
