after the instalation i cant open opera GX

i have downloaded opera GX but after the instalation i tried to open it but it dont works!
i have this problem more and i am using windows 10 newest so can some one help me?

What happens when you try to open Opera GX? Do you just see the startup animation and then it disappears? Or, do you just see Opera's taskbar icon where when you click it, Opera's window doesn't show?
