opera can't connect to phone

Does anybody know why I can't connect opera to my phone. I scan the QR-code , I get the notification that I should follow the orders on my PC but nothing happens on my PC. What can I do about that?

@leocg I'm trying to connect the mobile Opera App to my PC, sync tabs and stuff. But it does not work.

@kleinstadtradler Did you try using your Opera account instead of the QR Code?
