Cannot Download, No Error Code Received

Hello, I have tried to download Opera GX for over a year and have kept getting the same error no matter what installer I use. I install for every account on my device and install on my "C" Drive (main drive). (I have Windows 10 and Norton if that matters.) Any Help Will Be Appreciated.

@ziadude Which mode(s) have you tried to install it in? There is a button (that looks more like a link, just underlined text) on the first screen that lets you choose All users, Single user or Standalone mode, install directory and other options.

@sgunhouse It opens but then crashed almost instantly
