Hardware-media-key-handling don't work?

Hi. Today I found that the flags/#hardware-media-key-handling was missing from the settings. And when I change the volume in Windows 10 from the keyboard, the tab name appears in the volume pop-up window. Why break things that work?

@irbis79 Ask Chromium. Hardware media key handling was always part of Chromium itself.
