Modifying Speed Dial icons.

I know I can change a Speed Dial icon by selecting the one I want, (from whatever the website offers), when I bookmark a page. But are the actual pic files stored someplace where I can edit them with a paint program, to customize them to my own needs?

@artie You can't, you can only select the images available when you click on the heart icon in address bar while on the page.
