rss feeds invisible, but included in index.ini file

The index.ini file shows some rss feeds:

In both the export opml file and list of rss feeds, some of the feeds in the index.ini file are missing.

Why?

If you have unsubscribed from a feed then of course it won't be listed, but may still be in index.ini. Beyond that, I'd need more details.

You'll need an extension or an online feed reader as Opera Blink doesn't have a rss reader.
