No option to uninstall Opera on Android phone

I just got a new cellphone, and Opera is one of the pieces of bloatware preinstalled on it. I'm trying to uninstall it, but there's no "uninstall" option - only "Disable" and "Force Stop".
How do I remove it completely to free up the storage it's using?

@rickinnocal You need to ask the phone makers how to do that, since they are the ones that pre-installed Opera on their phone and don't allow uninstalling it.
Usually you can remove an app by dragging it to the uninstall command on the top right or by going to settings > apps

@rickinnocal If it came with the phone you usually can't uninstall it, though you can remove updates it may have received.
