Porting passwords

Is there any way to search the forums for older posts?
A few years back I tried porting Opera to a new desktop by transferring over the profile. That brought everything but my saved passwords over.
I'm trying to get Opera up and running on a new desktop again and once more the passwords don't come over. I'd like to find the posts from my last attempt because it was resolved I just don't recall how. But if I can find those posts, I can re-learn. How do I search for them?
Not as urgent but a curiosity. Used to be there was 1 profile. Now there are 2, 1 under 'roaming', 1 under 'local'. I can see the contents are completely different but it makes me wonder, why 2 profiles?

Yes, check https://forums.opera.com/search

@redbird14 You need to export your passwords or use Sync to take your saved passwords to a different computer or OS installation.

@redbird14 There is only one profile directory, the one under roaming. The other is just the cache.

Thank-you for all of these responses and for the promptness as well!! I found the messages I was looking for and now know how to to do both the export and import of passwords. I screen capped those posts for the next time I need to port Opera over and this one for the next time I need to search the forum. Should've done that last time.
Suggestion: put a search icon or box at the top of the page <g>.

It's already there since a while.
