Opera shows banners about "Cashback" even after disabling it

Opera displays banners inviting you to use the "cashback" function when visiting online stores that are part of the program. I can see it something "normal" when you have the option enabled but not after having disabled it.

With the Cashback option disabled, banners like the one in the screenshot are still displayed even on the Speed Dial.

The Cashback function could be interesting if to redeem the cash it could be done directly from the web and not have to use the mobile app. For that reason, I am not going to use the feature and disabled it.

Opera 74.0.3911.203 in Windows 7 x64

After updating to 75.0.3969.218, I got de Cashback icon in some sites. Before, I disabled it in settings and now I don't see that option.

I have seen that now there is a "flag" to disable the function.

@avmon I still get popups with cashback.
What is wrong with this shitty browser....
I think I will move to Vivaldi
Opera is full of adware.
