Opera shows banners about "Cashback" even after disabling it

Opera displays banners inviting you to use the "cashback" function when visiting online stores that are part of the program. I can see it something "normal" when you have the option enabled but not after having disabled it.
With the Cashback option disabled, banners like the one in the screenshot are still displayed even on the Speed Dial.
The Cashback function could be interesting if to redeem the cash it could be done directly from the web and not have to use the mobile app. For that reason, I am not going to use the feature and disabled it.

After updating to 75.0.3969.218, I got de Cashback icon in some sites. Before, I disabled it in settings and now I don't see that option.

I see even after 1 year nothing has changed with this browser and it's need to invade folks privacy. I too removed this "cashback" feature once, now I cannot even bring up to remove extensions.
And do tell, just how much cashback does one get from their email account?? I don't see me saving any money by responding to emails or reading emails. Yeah, looking for a different browser that doesn't want to stick their nose into every effing thing I do.
