annoying popup about downloading and installing a native client

I have the IDM software and it is properly integrated with three different browsers including Opera. Why is it that almost every time I attempt to download something using the Opera browser, I get this annoying popup about downloading and installing a native client? It does not happen every time which makes me question the need for it. Anybody? Thank you.

@von-fraunk May be related to file type, perhaps? You might have to ask IDM.
