My browser displays wrong time stamps 4 hrs difference although my system clock is correct

@leocg yes all web activies facebook etc and also browser history are 4 hrs off

Is your system timezone also correct?
Are you using VPN?

It could be that some preloaded/OEM Windows installations contain buggy settings - we have experienced similar problems here (not with Opera, but with our software), where switcihing regions forth and back solved issues.

Like described in linked thread, you could change your timezone to something different and then back again - may fix time problems.

@donq This bug has been fixed in Chromium 88.0.4324.146. The current version of Opera 74.0.3911.107 is based on Chromium 88.0.4324.150, so this bug has been fixed in Opera 74 Stable as well.
