Blue circle near the cursor

After dowloading update today (11/1/21), there's an anomaly with cursor on the screen, every 5-10 seconds blue circle is whirling just above the cursor.
Please fix it, it's just so annoying and nothing helps.

Blue circle near cursor is the "Busy in background" cursor, meaning the computer is doing something else. Might not even be in Opera, really can't tell.

@nebelwerfer I am experiencing the same issue. Did you find the cause of the problem or a workaround?
