<![CDATA[Blue circle near the cursor]]>After dowloading update today (11/1/21), there's an anomaly with cursor on the screen, every 5-10 seconds blue circle is whirling just above the cursor.
Please fix it, it's just so annoying and nothing helps.

Might not even be in Opera, really can't tell.
