Opera doesnt open any of my links?

I cant open any of my links with opera,for example, I was playing Osu, and there was a download link to download the song, But Opera wouldnt open the site. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Edit: I can open links from the Opera browser just fine, but not on any of my other programs

Opera must not be set as your default browser ... which version of Opera, and of Windows?

Opera is set as my default browser, The version of Opera is the latest one and Windows 8

Windows doesn't think Opera is default, or the links would open.

Go to Control Panel > Défaut Programs.
