Half second lag on Amazon Prime Video

Hi, when I watch Amazon Prime Video, there are seconds (1/2) in which it does little video lag. This does not happen on other browsers.
I would also like to know why, when I close the browser (by clicking the X), the classic Windows loading ball comes out in the mouse for 1 second. (I have 4 extensions). How can I fix for Prime Video? Why does the loading dot come out?
I thank those who will help me.

Your so-called loading ball is called a busy cursor, it means that the program is doing something. In the case of closing Opera, it means the program is saving your history, any changes to bookmarks, settings, etc., and if Sync is enabled updating Sync. Users on older systems used to report it taking 30-60 seconds.
Sorry I can't really say anything about video though ...

Ok, but my PC is very good and strong. In fact this does not happen in other browsers (Chrome, Edge etc.)
