Search in settings page is limited.

I am unable to check to see if JavaScript and CSS are enabled. Opera's search does not discuss this issue.

Go to Settings, then Advanced. If you type Javascript in the search in Settings, it should find that - but it is enabled by default. Likewise CSS is enabled by default, but I don't believe you can disable that except with an extension. Of course the ad and tracker blocking will block both from select sites, but shouldn't interfere with the page's own CSS an JS.
