[Solved] videos do not appear on some sites

hello,
i am using windows 8.1 pro n and the latest version of opera and the latest version of flash player,
youtube videos appear normally, but some videos don't work (like sit webs of football matches live),
this sit webs work on chrome browser normally, but in opera don't work!!!
why?
is the problem in windows n or what? -

You need to install the media package from Windows Update if you are using Windows N
Check in: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3145500/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions and follow the instructions. -

Did you make sure to download from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42503 and pick the right one (x64 one if you have 64-bit Windows 8.1) after you click "download"?

Also, try making Windows Media Features are enabled. See https://forums.opera.com/post/187384. (Not sure if things will show up there for "N" editions after installing the media pack though.)
You can also try to use this tweak tool to reset the media foundation. The "option" is under "fixes".

Also, make sure that aac and h.264 support show "yes" at https://html5test.com/.
If you have to, goto the URL
opera://settings/system
in Opera, disable hardware acceleration, restart Opera and then try. -

@hsm90 It's because you are using a N version of Windows. You need to install the media package as mentioned above.

i installed Media Feature Pack, and the problem was solved
