All sounds turn quite on video start

Everytime i watch a video, every sound on my computer gets very very quite top the point that i can barely hear anything. I already tried to disable the flag "opera://flags/#enable-media-session-service" but that did not work. I do not know what else it should be. I really need some help here

That's "quiet", not "quite".

You might take your own advice ... however, there is an option to mute the background music when a tab is playing sound. You might see if that setting is accidentally muting other sounds too.
