Open PDF, not saving

I want to open pdfs in external program, Opera only offers to save. Where can i change options?

@dakellro In opera://settings/content/pdfDocuments, check if the option to download PDFs i snot enabled by chance.

@dakellro Now I noticed that you want to use an external program the PDFs. In that case, you need to enable the option to always download the PDFs, so you can open them in any program.

It is not Opera's issue.
You need to download/save the pdf file and then choose a default program to open the saved pdf file.
It will always open the saved pdf file in the chosen program.

It is absolutely 'Opera's Issue'. There's a menu item that provides 'save with changes' in the upper right context menu that does not work. It saves a file that isn't edited. That's an Opera Issue.
