I want to open pdfs in external program, Opera only offers to save. Where can i change options?</p>

<p dir="auto">It is absolutely 'Opera's Issue'. There's a menu item that provides 'save with changes' in the upper right context menu that does not work. It saves a file that isn't edited. That's an Opera Issue.</p>

In that case, you need to enable the option to always download the PDFs, so you can open them in any program.</p>
