[Solved] i can't download operagx or opera

i just tried to install opera and opera gx and i got an error, i even tried to install the offline instaler, but i got a network error and i could not install, i have windows 10, what do i do?

The error was when you downloaded it, or when you tried to run it?

@sgunhouse when i downloaded it, but i got it, now its working, i was supposed to run as adm the operagx version, thank you for helping anyway!
