I would like to know if it is possible to move the settings of Opera with Vpn, from a notebook to a PC that have the same Win10 vers. 2004

@luipez You can use sync. And for many of the settings, copying one profile directory and pasting into the other should work too.

Note that when you copy your settings, passwords do not come along - for these you should use sync or export them.
