How to apply specific color schemes?

I want to have a few different versions of Opera portable.

When each one is launched, I would like to have be in a different color.
I would love it if I could have my own graphics and writing on the header - telling me the username.
Is that possible?

I just looked at settings.
You can change wallpaper to whatever you want.
This will do for now I guess.
On my wallpaper, I will add my username in big bold writing.

Chrome, I'm pretty sure you can skin everything.
Was just hoping I could do the same with Opera.

@enginestar I don't think Chrome allows you to do that.

Not that it matters what Chrome does, Opera has its own UI.
