Can Not Reach Saved Passwords

The 3 passwords that I saved a year ago still visible. But 23 passwords that I saved within a month are disappeared. But this is not the only problem about Opera.

I sometimes get "Cannot open user file directory" error. After getting this error I try to start again and it's working without problem. I think this happens when opera automaticaly logout from my account. But this auto process may cause password disappear.

And sometimes opera working silently. I mean opera start but not opening a window. I have to terminate process from task manager and restart opera and then it works fine.

@leocg Yes. I always used opera from same device. It is my laptop. All passwords was saved in same device.

I pressed on Recovery with "Keep my data and only reset Opera settings." switched on but still I lost some of my passwords and then I had to change my opera account password since that was also lost and now my passwords got encrypted. Please help those passwords are really very important.

@Subrat-130 Your synced saved passwords are encrypted using your Opera account, so to be able to use them you need to provide your old Opera password.
