@Nawodit Please define smooth scrolling. Scrolling is smooth for me most of the times.

I guess Nawodit is probably pinpointing at one of those useless features of the Chrome browser. Useless, you hear me well. As a long time user of Chrome I always had smooth scrolling disabled, and it worked perfectly.
Not because something is implemented means it is good. Bear this in mind.
