Just to experiment - turn Avast off (disable it), close Opera, start Opera again - will it behave better?

@major133 Did you change the installation directory of Opera Portable?
That is not the default installation folder of Opera Portable.

Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to a folder named "Opera Test" on your desktop, set "install for" to "standalone installation", uncheck "import data from default browser", and install. After the installer is finished, that Opera should automatically load. Does it without errors? If so, make sure you don't enable Opera Sync in it and make sure you don't install any extensions in it. Then, close that Opera. Then, go into the "Opera Test" folder on your desktop and double-left-click on launcher.exe to load the test Opera again. Do you get the error then? If so, in your next screenshot, please have the "Opera Test" folder on your desktop open so that we can see the "profile" folder and launcher.exe.
