Hello
I recently noticed the videos in Pale Moon browser have greater quality than other browsers like Opera/Firefox/Chrome/Maxthon/etc. why? because some settings in nvidia control panel affect players and make videos sharper and clearer.
Nvidia CPL screenshot:
https://imgur.com/BIWCC6NI thought this option only affected Windows players(mine is Pot player) but noticed this affected Pale Moon built-in web player and even websites with their web players like youtube too. but this setting ignores other browsers.
My question is what is difference between Pale Moon and others so i could make others affected like Pale Moon? i want the videos in the Opera to have a great clarity like pale moon.my OS: 10 1903 64-bit
Opera ver: 65.0.3467.62 x64Sry for my bad eng

What about Chrome browser? If this behaves as Opera, then it is Chromium engine problem (Opera and Chrome are Chromium based). If it behaves correctly, then Opera problem. Pale Moon is based on different engine.

You can try messing with these flags/settings in Opera:
opera://flags/#use-angle
opera://flags/#ignore-gpu-blacklist
opera://flags/#disable-accelerated-video-decode
Hardware acceleration in
opera://settings/system
Check the URL
opera://gpu
.There might be some other GPU stuff in
opera://flags
that you can experiment with. Revert things that don't help. -

Ty, this flag worked for me. just changed it to D3D9.
Note: when i change it to OpenGL, Opera crash after 3 sec.
